Returns & Exchanges

At Westlife Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your fit; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns on unworn items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, garments that have been tried on or removed from their protective seal are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original, unopened Westlife Underwear packaging with all tags attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for hygiene compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
